A fantastic developing company in Eastbourne is seeking their newest member of the finance department. They are a subsidiary of a larger group which your role will be to support the Group Financial Controller and the team in preparation and upkeep of the organisations financial information.
You will be maintaining accounting systems, processes and policies whilst managing the purchase ledger and sales ledger. Regular bank reconciliations and scheduling of supplier payments require an organised and accurate mindset whilst your strong communication skills will be used in responding effectively to all supplier and customer queries. Other Ad-hoc administrative and clerical duties will always keep you busy in this varied and interesting role.
A successful candidate would have a passion to continue and develop their career within finance and want to be a part of a small, friendly and collaborative team but also working for a larger stable organisation.
Salary is up to £26,000 + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.
If you have started your path on AAT this company would happily support and fund your further studies to become qualified.
This will be a Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm but can allow some flexibility around these hours if needed. There will be hybrid working in place after the required training and probation period.
