Facilities Manager

My client is looking for an experienced facilities manager working in a busy leisure facility, they offer first class sports and leisure facilities that can accommodate parties & casual bookings etc

The job will require working hours of a minimum 40 hours per week, and the hours will be subject to the demands of the events and functions, and will therefore include evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Expected hours: Min. 40 per week

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Customer facing - Ensuring customers have a fabulous time, every time
  • Team- Inspiring, coaching and developing your team to be the best version of themselves every day
  • Operations- Ensure the centre is clean, safe and fully operational always
  • Commercial- Drive performance across all revenue lines and implement new business plans
  • Financial- taking responsibility for budgets, banking and stock control
  • Working a mixture of shifts including evenings and weekends

This role will suit someone with an abundance of energy, enthusiasm, and drive

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering an amazing customer experience in a fast-paced customer facing business including, nightclubs, style bars, visitor attractions and fitness clubs.

You should also have a head for business and experience in promoting and growing different revenue lines

The role will need an element of flexibility as it will include working late evenings and weekends

Must have a driving license.
