Hays are working with a business based in Avonmouth to support with the recruitment for a permanent IT support technician. The role will pay up to £26,000pa depending on experience, including an on-call bonus. The role offers some home working but is predominately site based, due to the nature of the work - 4 days in the office 1 day from home. The organisation & team have a great culture and promote upskilling.
Your new role & w hat you'll need to succeed
In the role, you will work in the technical IT team resolving service desk tickets, provide technical support to hardware and escalate problems where necessary. You will ideally have some IT support experience and any knowledge of Windows server, Office 365, azure, teams, networking etc would be great, but not essential. You will need to have excellent communication skills, great customer service and good time management skills.
