Customer Experience Executive

Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum

About the role:

Due to sustained growth within the company, we are looking to take on an enthused and motivated Customer Experience Executive, to our assist our Customer Experience team in providing the best possible service to our customers.

We strive to deliver excellence every day, with every customer interaction we have, to ensure they receive a memorable experience. This role will be an essential part of this, being responsible for answering customer requests and queries whilst they have equipment on hire, proactively gaining feedback from customers and providing back-up support for paperwork admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting team in taking incoming phone calls/fielding customer queries/complaints
  • Back-up support in raising and processing customer orders.
  • Managing our online monitoring portal, including dealing with related customer queries
  • Responsible for managing our incoming customer service inbox.
  • Filling out customer questionnaires when setting up new customer accounts
  • Proactive phone calls to customers to gain feedback whilst equipment is on site
  • Co-ordinating fuel management service for our customers
  • Making post-install calls to customers to ensure equipment is working correctly
  • Assisting sales team in managing the admin (including reports/emails/requests) for our key customer accounts

Key Requirements:

  • Customer-centric mindset and confident in speaking to customers
  • Team player, able to work as a part of a motivated, close-knit team
  • Accurate and methodical, attention to detail is important
  • Self-motivated, happy to work alone for longer periods of time if and when required.
  • Adaptable, able to work on a wide range of tasks as required
