Our well-established client is looking for a Customer Sales Assistant to join their fast growing team!
Customer Sales Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serving trade, trade cash and public at trade counter
- Escalating customer service issues to Customer Service Manager and ensuring resolution
- Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies
- Ensuring that all customers trade within their agreed credit terms and resolving queries in order to ensure prompt payment
- Increasing the number of trading customer accounts
- Maintain your allocated customer accounts
The ideal Customer Service Assistant will:
- Have previous customer service experience
- Have worked within a Sales Assistant
Working Hours + Benefits:
- Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Christmas and New Year shutdown
