A growing construction business on the outskirts of Wells are looking to appoint a Part Time Accountant.
Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
- Purchase & Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Monitoring cashflow
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to assist in budget setting
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Ad hoc reporting as and when requested
- Updating payroll information & CIS
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of Xero or Sage would be beneficial
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
