The Role

Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and building strong relationships? Are you an experienced Coordinator with a drive for community engagement? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Westway Trust is a unique charity that stewards the resources of 23 acres of space under the Westway A40. We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role you'll play a vital role in delivering projects that support our mission of enhancing the lives of people in the North Kensington community. You'll work closely with our team to coordinate projects, build partnerships, and measure our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of projects, starting with the Money Club and including other community initiatives.
  • Work with partner organisations to organise activities, workshops, and events.
  • Collect data, case studies, and testimonials to measure project impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage volunteers and coordinate other forms of support from partner organisations.
  • Assist with outreach and communications efforts for projects and broader organisational campaigns.
  • Support community events as required (including occasional evenings and weekends).
  • Carry out basic financial tasks.

The Person

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience, including project coordination.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience in community engagement and working independently.
  • Strong skills in managing contributors, including staff, partners, and volunteers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities.
  • A good understanding of the local area and its social and cultural heritage is highly desirable.
  • Experience in community work is a plus.
  • A Level or equivalent qualifications.
