Our client, a leading manufacturer of power and electrical equipment, is currently seeking a Wire Person/Panel Builder to join their team in Southampton. This role involves working with a diverse and dynamic range of customers,
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture goods in accordance with instructions detailed on worksheets
- Ensure compliance with regulations during manufacturing processes
- Work in a safe manner and adhere to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies
- Read and accurately interpret electrical circuit diagrams, schematics, and general arrangement drawings
- Perform fault finding and problem-solving tasks effectively
- Work to timescales while meeting customer requirements
- Plan and organise work efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Experience in wiring, assembly, and panel wire person roles
- Understanding of Single and Three phase systems
- Genuine enthusiasm to contribute to the company and team
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
