Cloud Engineer
New opportunity for someone looking to take their next step in the world of DevOps. This role is well suited to someone with 1-2 years experience working with DevOps tooling, someone who has been working in infrastructure, sysadmin or Linux space and is looking to combine all of these skills into a fully fledged cloud role.
My client is a young IT consultancy that are making their first DevOps hire as they look to grow their cloud offering. There is already an established infrastructure and development team. The plan that everyone is going to build up their cloud exposure and offering together so that the internal infrastructure becomes symbiotic with the IT team and everyone can support where and when!
This is a Microsoft house and they are looking for someone with that experience in Azure, ideally as well you will have worked with terraform and python in some capacity.
For this remote role in the UK, they are looking to offer between £40k-£50k depending on experience. This does come with the chance to have a major say in the DevOps road map of a bustling IT consultancy and develop your skillset and maybe even build and lead a team in the future! Who knows!
