Accounts Administrator
Our client, a leader in their field, is looking an Accounts Administrator to join their team for a 6 month contract initially.
This is due to business growth and a new software system being implemented.
You will be working as part of small, supportive team and assisting in various areas such as:
- Managing the accounts email inbox and directing enquiries accordingly.
- Downloading purchase invoices from portal, processing and forwarding to relevant person.
- Inputting intercompany and third party invoices.
- Organising and reducing backlog of purchase ledger filing.
- Assisting the Credit Controller with sending out copy invoices and email enquiries.
- Assisting in data cleansing process before software implementation begins.
You should have some basic accounting experience, have excellent accuracy and attention to detail, be IT literate with good organisation skills.
