About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities team on a permanent contract as a Receptionist based in our London office on Oxford Street. We are looking for organised individuals with the goal of providing the best possible service to our senior executives.

You will report directly into the Regional Facilities Manager role, alongside a Assistant Facilities Manager and another receptionist role all based in the London office.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Greet internal and external clients with a smile, acknowledging them promptly.
  • Provide an update on host progress to any visitors waiting in reception every five minutes.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continually develop client knowledge and be knowledgeable about key Senior Executives and stakeholders
  • Be sufficiently aware of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.

What you'll need to have

  • Committed to the delivery of high-level customer service, enthusiastic, positive and resilient
  • Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions with minimum supervision and/or guidance
  • Collaborative work approach, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Hold themselves accountable for outcomes, follow up to ensure that any issues have been resolved
  • Anticipate problems / queries in advance and has the ability to limit difficulties
