Do you have strong Customer Service and Administration experience and are looking to join a close knit team? Do you have Pallett Network experience?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you! You will be working for an established company with clear lines of progression.
What will you be doing?
- Handle customer orders, ensuring the accuracy of quantities and timely communication of delivery schedules to depot staff.
- Foster a cooperative and customer-centric team atmosphere, continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer and supplier inquiries and complaints.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate manager when necessary.
- Ensure customer requirements are managed in a timely, controlled, and well-documented manner.
- Support and promote continuous improvement processes, challenging current practices to boost performance and employee satisfaction.
- Accurately enter data into internal systems and reports, maintaining data security and integrity in line with business needs.
- Collect accurate data to facilitate customer invoicing.
What will you ideally bring to the role?
- Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette.
- Strong computer skills - Experience using Pallett tracking system preferable.
- Experience in resolving disputes calmly and fairly, identifying potential issues proactively to avoid conflicts.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse colleagues and customers.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to develop trust and support among colleagues to prevent conflicts.
