Finance Director | Health-care | £90,000 - £100,000 + bonus
My client is looking for a Finance Director to lead the finance team due to recent growth. As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the organisation's financial health.
The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Financial Modelling
- Strategic and proactive advice to the finance team and CFO
- Full ownership of the short and long term financial plans and developing where necessary
- Production of statutory accounts, bank and cash management
- Production of high quality and timely management information, tax and VAT advice and returns
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Meeting strategic KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong modelling skills and willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of balance sheets, cash flow and P&L
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships across all levels of the business
- Previous experience within a similar role is preffered
- Professional qualification in finance - CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA
