Effective communication with pension providers, employers, employees, and client advisers is crucial for addressing queries and issues. You will also identify and suggest added value opportunities for clients, arrange and conduct conference calls and meetings with clients, and prioritise and manage your workload, taking on additional tasks during quiet periods.

We are seeking a candidate who is focused on continuous improvement and developing standards, is well-organized and detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. A one-team company mindset with the client always at the center of the process is crucial, as is a willingness to support the wider business with client delivery. The ideal candidate will lead by example with a positive, can-do attitude.
