About this vacancy:
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across the UK, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
Main Duties:
- Ownership for managing key strategic accounts in the UK.
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are up to dates.
- Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring all client deliverables are met on time.
- Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.
- Build relationships with key accounts.
Your Background:
- A proven, demonstrable track record in a similar role.
- Manufacturing, Energy or Engineering background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Previous Account Management experience is desired.
- Must be a car driver.
