Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for education and a strong understanding of early years development. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to provide support to both students and teachers in a diverse learning environment.
This role will be to support within a lovely 1 form entry Warrington Primary School within the Early Years Class and will be 8.30am - 3.30pm, 3 days per week from September until Christmas.
Rate - £86 - £90 per day dependent on experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the teacher in the preparation of learning materials and resources
- Support students with their learning, including one-on-one assistance and group activities
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Encourage and motivate students to engage with the curriculum and reach their full potential
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to provide feedback on student progress
Qualifications
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Strong knowledge of early years education and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding of the diverse needs of students and the ability to provide support accordingly
Day-to-Day
- Work closely with the teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Support individual students with their specific learning needs
- Assist in the assessment and recording of student progress
- Help to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to contribute to the overall success of the school
