Hays Senior Finance is working with a large and successful company in the Construction and Project Management sector. This successful and established business works with large, global clients across the country. They provide multiple services from several specialised divisions, which provides a stable business and an excellent opportunity for continued growth.
Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting a qualified Management Accountant to support one of the largest and most high-growth divisions. As Management Accountant you will have P&L responsibility for a c£25m t/o division which has a strong pipeline of work which will see it grow quickly to in excess of £30m. The role holder will partner and challenge a range of senior stakeholders on a daily basis to optimise financial performance and provide real-time visibility into individual project performance. You will manage an assistant who is at the latter stages of qualification and work closely with the wider finance team.
