An immediately available project lead with payroll/reward experience is urgently sought for a well established, well known business based in the Faversham area.
Reporting to the Financial Director of this business and with a dotted line in to HR you will be managing key project stakeholders in these areas while maintaining employee engagement across the wider business.
Experience specifically managing the implementation of a group salary sacrifice scheme is highly desirable. As a minimum you must have experience of salary sacrifice schemes which can be from working in a position processing as part of a payroll responsibility.
Additional responsibilities will include;
- Project lead implementation of Salary Sacrifice Scheme
- Lead all internal communications with employees
- Build companywide presentations and instigate employee Q&A opportunities
- Manage external stakeholders (payroll provider, pension provider, company car provider etc) to ensure smooth implementation across all benefits
- Creation of end-to-end process flows, ensuring the business has a clear roadmap for delivery
- Provide weekly updates to project group and monthly updates to Executive Director group
