Hybrid - This successful small private company in Central London is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Head of Finance, Operations Manager and CEO.
Hybrid - based 3 days in the office in Central London and 2 days from home and will include:
- Reporting to the Head of Finance, assisting with monthly accounting
- All-round bookkeeper role - ledgers, reconciliations, month-end etc
- Process purchase ledger invoices and staff expenses and deal with supplier queries
- Raise sales ledger invoices and deal with bank receipts from customers
- Process bank payments and deal with bank reconciliations
- Office admin support, customer updates, correspondence, insurance, utilities
Strong relevant experience as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant is essential and a flexibility to help out in with admin.
