Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a self-employed Property Recruitment. As a department head, your role will be to build the foundations of your business whilst also building a team around you. This is your business, you choose the fee's, clients and candidates. You have the freedom to run the business the way you want.

Earning Example
If you were to place 2 people per month, with an average fee of £10,000 your total banked income would be £20,000 and you would earn in personal commission £14,000. All from working in your PJs.
What are we looking for?
In a word? Entrepreneurs. Someone who is fed up with working that 9-5, stuck in traffic, making 100 calls per day. Someone who wants to take their own direction and blaze their path with the mentorship, support and training of people who have already done it.
Do you need experience? No. However, it does help. Either Property/Estate agency experience or recruitment experience is a great start. You will need to be based in the UK and speak fluent English, apart from that we are open.
