Trade Counter Sales Executive wanted in Buckinghamshire!
KBB Recruitment are please to be working with an independent builders' merchants to assist them in finding a trade counter assistant.
Full time permanent position Monday to Friday 07:30am - 17:15pm, also working 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am - 12pm, paying £24,000 - £25,000.
Ideal candidate:
- Will be someone who has worked in a similar position ie a trade counter environment
- Has fantastic customer service, to maximise sales and margin
- Will have the ability to use a CRM system
- Will Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded correctly
- Will be able to deal with the receipt of suppliers' deliveries and the associated documentation
- Will Serve customers politely and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Will operate plant and machinery properly and as necessary once qualified to do so
- Will be mindful of the cost of damaged goods and keep to an absolute minimum ensuring that the Supervisor/Branch Manager is advised of any such breakage found
- Will have the ability to provide customers with advice and guidance on the selection and use of products and support colleagues in your areas of expertise
- Be able to maximise sales, identify products, complete yard books and minimise loss
- Will Follow the Company procedure in the handling of all monies and selection of payment types
- Can control stock management, deal with queries and complaints quickly and effectively
