Facilities Systems Administrator

Catch 22 are working with a national healthcare provider who are seeking a Facilities Systems Administrator to take full responsibility for the compliance and management of the CAFM system, providing weekly reports and ensuring safe and accurate access for stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have worked within a facilities helpdesk role and can demonstrate strong knowledge of working with computer software from within a property and estates department and will provide specialist support in managing maintenance and facilities related activities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the estates CAFM system ensuring correct levels of access are granted for staff and contractors.
  • Oversee and monitor the asset management records and PPM schedule for all installations, services, systems and work activities ensuring good practice and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Establish and report on the estate's asset workplan and audits on topics such as water quality, electrical, permit to work and working at height.
  • Develop and manage documentation systems including policies, procedures, training, registers, logbooks and maintenance records.
  • Using data from the CAFM system to follow up delayed tasks and activities with the engineering team and communicate directly with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to promote a healthy, safe and secure working environment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting any concerns.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of working with CAFM systems is essential.
  • Previous experience working on facilities helpdesk or coordinator role.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of working within a property or asset management environment and understand PPM management.
  • Hold previous experience working within a large commercial buildings, ideally within healthcare sector.
  • Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Educated to degree level.

Role benefits:

  • Salary around £39,500 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri hours
