Executive Assistant to CEO

A fantastic organisation based just outside of Solihull has an opportunity for aC-Suite Level EA to support their CEOto join them on a permanent basis. The role will primarily be supporting their senior management with full PA duties and assistant at all board and governance meetings with prior experience of taking minutes essential for this role. Successful candidates must have a can-do approach, calm demeanour and solid PA background, ideally from a mixture of public and private sector experience.

As a charity passionate about what they do and dedicated to their cause, the successful individual will be genuine, hard-working and professional. You must be skilled at managing your own time and taking initiative!

The Executive Assistant will primarily be involved in:

  • Full diary and inbox management for the CEO
  • Coordinating meetings, overseeing diary bookings and planning schedules.
  • Taking minutes at meetings and typing up notes and following up on action points
  • Welcoming visitors and external clients.
  • Providing administrative support to the board of directors.
  • Training coordination such as maintaining records, providing materials and updating timetables.
  • Assisting with health and safety and wider office maintenance.
  • Support on ad hoc organisational projects and events.

The successful individual will possess the below skills and attributes:

  • PreviousEA experience, supporting at Senior Level
  • Passion for working in an environment where helping people is key!
  • A love for organising and managing other people!
  • A strong ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and seek improvements in all areas.
  • Ideally a driver with an access to a car due to their office locations
