Electrical Test Engineer / Electrical Test Technician / Electrical Tester
ARCA Resourcing is exclusively partnered a rapidly growing engineering technology company that are disrupting their market with best in class products. They are now searching for an Electrical Test Engineer to join their dynamic team and grow with them.
As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be essential in guaranteeing the performance, safety, and reliability of their electrical systems and installations.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to perform thorough testing and validation of electrical installations, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical factory acceptance tests on electrical panels
- Checking, pre power tests and functional testing of control panels including PLC I/O and VSDs
- Checking and functional testing of made in-house electrical assemblies
- Fault finding
- 'PAT' testing
- Connecting panels to the mains supply
- Ensuring components are correct to the electrical design and function appropriately
Ideally you'll have the following:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
