Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum

About the Role:
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire company's operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. This role involves leading senior managers, Quantity Surveyors and accounts teams. Conducting regular meetings with senior department heads to discuss progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's operations and ensure effective management of all departments.
- Conduct regular meetings (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) with senior department heads.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all operations.
- Drive sales and contribute to business growth.
- Motivate and lead the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Take control and get the job done professionally and efficiently.
Company Overview:
Founded in 2006, my client's company has grown significantly over 18 years and is now a leading specialist in Concrete Repair, Structural Waterproofing, and Ground Gas Protection within the United Kingdom. They work extensively in the field of highways and road infrastructure, as well as specialist projects including sea and flood defences. With a turnover of £4.5 million, their business is thriving, and we are looking for a Senior Level Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience running operations at a senior level.
- Strong focus on health and safety and sales.
- Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
- Professional demeanour with strong decision-making abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the concrete repair, structural waterproofing, or ground gas protection market is beneficial but not essential.
