This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple departments to ensure the smooth running of sales operations.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team and management
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices as required
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, queries, and delivery updates
- Track sales performance and assist in generating regular reports
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and documentation
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Ensure all sales documentation is current, accurate, and well-organised
**Person Specification:
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar support role
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot (desirable)
- A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
