Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent in the Construction sector.
- Skilfully match candidates to suitable job openings, ensuring a perfect fit for both client and candidate.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Construction sector to expand our client base.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
