Litigation Legal Administrator - Suitable for a recent Law Graduate

We are working in partnership with a well-established multi-office law firm who are looking to expand their Dispute Resolution team based in Coventry. The firm are Lexcel-accredited, Legal 500-recognised and are very well-established, with an excellent reputation.
The role has come about due to an internal promotion, demonstrating the firm's commitment to training and development. They promote internally whenever possible, ensuring excellent prospects and a clear, individual career path.
This role would suit either an experienced Litigation Legal Administrator, or a recent Law Graduate with a keen interest in Litigation work.
The role will involve:
- Supporting two Litigation Fee Earners and a Paralegal with administration duties
- Liaising with clients by phone, email and face to face
- Typing/drafting of correspondence and legal documents
- Using a legal case management system
- Working as part of a busy team
Suitable candidates will have:
- Either experience as a Litigation Administrator or a recent law degree and a keen interest in litigation work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience of using a legal case management system (preferred but not essential)
This is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch (35 hours per week)
