Your new role

This position requires a dynamic and proactive person with a can-do attitude to assist the Service team in overseeing administration assistance and support to all customers, engineering staff and all others within the business to ensure that the levels of customer "aftercare" are achieved to the required company standards.

Providing coverage for helpdesk
Tracking engineer attendance to meet SLA'S
Scheduling engineers efficiently and effectively
Ensure calls are returned and handled promptly
Ensure established procedures are followed

What you'll need to succeed

Strong customer service experience
Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong administration skills
Experience of working in a similar role
Experience of invoicing and handling PO's is desirable
Experience in MS Office packages, excel, word and outlook
