Kenneth Brian Associates are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Accountant who's competent using accounting software, on a part time permanent basis. The role is working for a market leading business based in Wallington. You will be required to be office based for this role.
Duties:
- Assisting with management accounts preparation
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Assisting with year-end accounts
- Purchase ledger postings
- Sales Invoices
- Posting Barclay Card statement reconciliation
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Creating Budget templates
- Processing P11D
- Assistance with locating files and paperwork during audits
- Raising purchase orders
- Assistance with expenses reconciliation
