Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS1 curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
- Uphold school policies and procedures, fostering a safe and respectful classroom culture
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with KS1 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of students
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and growth
