My client, a charitable organisation based in Maidstone, are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team.
Your new role
- To undertake income processing for the group, ensuring that invoices are raised and despatched promptly.
- To deal with the credit control of invoices raised, ensuring the timely collection of all income due to the organisation.
- To undertake cashier processing for all bank accounts within the group.
What you'll need to succeed
- Understanding of cash books and purchase and sales ledgers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems (Excel, Word etc.).
- Experience of using computerised accounting systems. Understands when to seek guidance.
- Experience of working within a busy finance team.
- Experience of working with general office procedures and computerised accounting systems.
- Sales ledger experience within a large organisation.
