Accounts Assistant

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000

Location: Morley

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm (flexible start and finish available)

Full Time, Permanent

What does the role involve?

  • Assisting with the day-to-day activities of the finance department, including processing invoices, supporting with account reconciliation, and providing payroll administration.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.
  • Supporting the team in maintaining financial records and documentation.
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing schedules and coordinating meetings.

What skills and qualifications are needed?

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Previous experience within accounts would be ideal but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
