Collaborating closely with and guided by the Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing invoicing, including Sales Ledger.
- Overseeing Purchase Ledger.
- Handling incoming phone calls and queries.
- Assisting with scheduling engineer visits and surveys.
- Preparing payments.
- Conducting bank reconciliations.
- Reviewing engineers' credit card statements, cross-checking with Sage, and ensuring receipts are in order.
- Carrying out monthly maintenance runs.
About you:
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong focus on detail and precision in your work.
- Skilled in managing invoicing.
- Good proficiency in IT; familiarity with Sage 50 is a plus.
