A well known company in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
To undertake the pre-determined month-end duties required:
- Processing of Intercompany Invoices.
- Processing of local supplier invoices in multi-currency
- Allocation of charges from multi-currency reconciliations.
- Raising-inter-company recharge Invoices.
- Monthly intercompany reconciliation.
- Weekly Bank Reconciliation in multi-currency
- Payment Analysis.
- Reconciliation for bank transit accounts.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations for review
- Assisting with bad debt processing for multi-currency accounts
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified by experience or AAT Technician
- To regularly update accounting knowledge to keep updated with changes in legislation.
- Excellent working use of Excel
- Word to an intermediate level.
- PowerPoint.
- The German language would be advantageous.

- Hybrid working after training - 3 days from home
- 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday
