Marketing Programme Manager - Birmingham

We are recruiting for a Programme Manager on behalf of our client, who are an award winning, not-for-profit organisation based in Birmingham who provide support to unpaid Carers. This organisation offer an empowering and supportive work environment where they truly value their employees, as well as a 4 day working week.

This is a new role within their Marketing team and would suit someone who has similar experience within a not-for-profit organisation. They offer hybrid working.

Duties and experience required, include:

Digital Marketing and Content Strategy:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing online marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Expertise in creating engaging, informative content tailored for Carers, such as blogs, guides, and email courses.
  • Public Relations (PR) Experience:
  • Community Building and Engagement:
  • Partnership Development and Management:
  • Technology and Digital Health Solutions:
  • Data Analysis and Strategic Planning:
  • Hands-on Leadership and Operational Management:
  • Carers Voice Initiative:
  • Strong PR skills to enhance Forward Carers' visibility and reputation.
  • Experience in managing media relations, press releases, and public communications to positively influence public perception and support.
  • Ability to foster and manage online communities and support networks, ensuring active engagement and participation.
  • Skills in building and maintaining strong online communities and support networks.
  • Experience working with local authorities, healthcare organisations, NHS providers, and charities to expand service reach and secure collaborations.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, chatbots, self-help platforms, and online health and wellness support systems to provide instant, personalised support.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to improve services, measure impact, and reduce system demands.
  • Capability to conduct thorough departmental reviews, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ability to lead by example, contributing directly to projects while managing a team effectively.
  • Experience in developing and managing online health and wellness support systems.
  • Strong advocacy skills to amplify the voices of Carers in all marketing and communications efforts.
  • Experience in organising and promoting Carers' feedback and stories to influence policy and improve services.
