Manufacturing Engineer - Scarborough
Shorterm Group are partnered with a leading automotive OEM to recruit a new Manufacturing Engineer to join their production team in Scarborough. Combining strategic planning with hands-on work, this role needs a natural problem solver with experience in NPI, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
You'll be a Manufacturing Engineer with a good grounding in mechanical or electrical engineering, able to read technical/engineering drawings and comfortable with processes including assembly, bonding and fixings processes. You'll also have proven experience introducing new products with responsibility for CAPEX, in addition to driving change and improving existing processes.
