Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and handling waste materials efficiently
- Ensuring proper segregation of different types of waste
- Operating waste management equipment and tools

- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Supporting team members and following supervisor instructions
Job Requirements:
- Experience as an operative, preferably in waste management or a similar environment
- Understanding of waste segregation processes and procedures
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour tasks
- Ability to work 4-5 days a week, 8 hours per day
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
