About you:?

As an essential member of the Employee Success team, this role will report to the Global Employee Services Director and will manage a small global team. To ensure success, you will create close partnerships with global Finance, Employee Success Business Partners and Global Technology Services teams. The primary focus will be to manage cyclical reward processes, proactively manage global employee benefit plans and lead our global mobility programme in a high growth environment, both organic and via acquisitions.

You should be results oriented, creative and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced, highly commercial environment.

Day-to-day, you will:?

  • Compensation Management: Design and execute a pay and bonus governance model, lead the global annual pay planning process, develop pay bands using market data, and advise managers with comp 101 training.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee global employee benefits programs, introduce cost-effective initiatives, and lead employee communications to maximize engagement.
  • Global Mobility: Manage the global mobility program through an outsourced provider, oversee the visa application process, and ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Recognition: Develop a recognition strategy, lead global awards and recognition programs, and manage partners for employee appreciation initiatives.?

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

  • Capability of leading a global CoE function, creating and delivering reward programs across multiple countries and acquisitions.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits, with strong understanding of reward systems and relevant legislation.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-oriented approach and emphasis on accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to navigate matrix organisation structures effectively.
