Job Title: Industrial Painter
£35,000 +Mon-Fri + Benefits + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure proper adhesion.
- Apply industrial paints, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces (metal, concrete, etc.) using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Use blasting techniques (e.g., sandblasting) to clean and prepare surfaces.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine appropriate paint/coating methods.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
- Familiarity with a variety of painting techniques and equipment (airless spray, HVLP, etc.).
- Ability to work with different types of paints, coatings, and protective finishes.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques (e.g., sandblasting, chemical cleaning).
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and paint charts.
