A major record label is looking for a 6-month Supply Chain Coordinator temp to start immediately. If you have a proven track record in a similar role and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Production & Logistics: Set up new items in their ERP system (Navision), raise purchase orders, and manage supplier relations.
- Order Management: Monitor open orders, update internal systems, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Management, Finance, and suppliers to streamline processes and solve any issues.
- Strategic Sourcing: Negotiate best costs and lead times with suppliers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key skills and experience:
- Confident in the use of MS Excel (advanced level)
- Strong systems and administration skills developed on ERP systems such as Navision
- Experience working with UK & International territories
- A good understanding of production and shipping / 3PL relations
- Strong numerical, analytical and interpretative skills
- Ability to build good relationships with team members, distributors and customers
