The Role
As the Learning & Development Specialist, reporting to the Head of Methodology, Mastery and Community, you will be instrumental in designing and executing our strategy for recruitment, training and development of our community of global, Associates and high-calibre Partners.
You have a natural passion and energy for people, leadership and culture and are excited by the idea of creating and delivering meaningful programmes and tailored learning solutions that create transformation from within, for both Partners and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Designing and executing recruitment, onboarding and training strategies, focused on bringing onboard and integrating high-calibre Partners and Associates into our philosophy and methodology to effectively and successfully deliver our work and support clients.
- Holding our Partner Journey from recruitment, onboarding and training to continuous development and engagement.
- Building a strong, collaborative relationship with our Partners, guiding, supporting and challenging them as appropriate.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across our global organisation.
- Co-creating an active community with our Partners and internal team.
- Collaborating with the Head of Methodology, Mastery and Community, The Zone Founder, and Senior Partners to create transformative programmes and learning experiences for Partners and for clients.
- Collaborating with the Business Development Director and the marketing team to create internal training focused on sales and business development.
- Project managing product development initiatives.
- Creating training and other materials to be used internally with our team, and externally with clients.
Who You Are
You are a life long learner with a passion for people, leadership and culture and proven experience in creation and delivery of impactful and professional learning and development programmes.
You thrive in balancing creativity with strategic execution, taking constant initiative and ownership of projects. Happy to work autonomously in our remote working environment, you're also open and eager to collaborate to bring your projects to life.
You also bring:
- A passion for human development, leadership development and organisational culture.
- 5+ years designing and developing meaningful experiences for customers and employees alike.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, driven by a passion for delivering outstanding customer and employee experiences.
- Excellent ability to manage and bring to life projects and tailored solutions - from conception and design to implementation, evaluation and improvement - across learning and development, customer experience, employee experience, and culture change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A can do attitude, happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed in our small and dynamic team.
- Excellent coaching and facilitation skills.
- Formal coaching qualification is a plus!

Contract & Flexibility
Contract: Fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Hours: 24 hours/3 days per week with flexible working arrangements.
Due to our global team, once or twice a week early mornings or late evenings may be required, but we support shaping your schedule to fit other commitments such as personal projects, additional work, or caregiving responsibilities.
Location: UK, with easy access to London. Mostly remote, with in-person onboarding and sporadic collaboration in London. Potential opportunity for occasional travel abroad.
