Location: Tiverton
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday shift work 40.5 hours a week
Our very well established client in Tiverton have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Shift Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Deputising for the Packaging Manager. Supporting and taking responsibility for the packaging teams whose primary focus is Health & Safety, Quality, Productivity, Hygiene and housekeeping. Leading, managing and developing their teams. Keeping product and material losses to a minimum and ensuring equipment is maintained. The job holder is expected to monitor performance and training, reporting to the Packaging Manager at all times.

- Ability to communicate at all levels and with third parties
- Sound knowledge of good manufacturing practices
- SAP Knowledge
- Healthy / Fit able to stand on your feet all day
Experience/ Skill/ Knowledge
- 3 GCSE's including Maths and English.
- Food related Hygiene course preferred
- 5 Years experience in a food or food related preferred
- Management experience
- Computer literate
- SAP Knowledge
