In this dynamic position, you will work with a supportive team in a fantastic medium-sized, successful chartered accountancy firm, handling a diverse client portfolio. This role is perfect for someone eager to become a Partner in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied client portfolio spanning sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, each with distinct turnovers, sizes, and complexities.
  • Oversee and provide OMB client accounts and tax advice, including planning.
  • Review Ltd company, sole trader, and partnership accounts and tax work.
  • Direct Client contact.
  • Contribute to the practice's marketing efforts.
  • Participate in shaping the strategic direction of the practice's future.
  • Supervise and manage staff.

Requirements

As a Partner Designate in Ashford, your qualifications and experience will include:

  • Possession of ACA/ACCA qualifications with a minimum of 5 years in a practice setting.
  • Previous roles as a Manager or Senior Manager or Partner within an accountancy practice, showcasing your depth of expertise.
  • Experience in client management, people management, or business development would be advantageous.
