Your role & responsibilities: (*include 4 max)
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Support students consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Deliver catch-up/intervention sessions
- Work with the class teacher in planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons as appropriate
Non-negotiables: (*include 4 max)
- Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people (preferably in an educational setting)
- Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
- Empathy and compassion - passionate about providing a nurturing learning environment
- The ability to work under the guidance of the class teacher
