Job Title: Site Based Project Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum plus Car Allowance

Job Description:
I am representing a contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large £10M project in Harrogate. The project consists of extensions, cut & carve, structural works and refurbishments and will be on site for around 20 months. The candidate will be site based Monday to Friday, so they must be happy with this arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of contract works
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, including clients and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience at a Project Manager level.
- Experience working for a construction main contractor
- Experience working on education or assisted living projects
- Proven track record of managing large scale projects up to the value of £10M
- Ability to be site based Monday to Friday
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience being involved in the design aspect of the project
