A HRBP is sought after to bring strategic and operational HR expertise to an esteemed organisation within the engineering sector. Hybrid working, based in West Yorkshire. The individual will be responsible for delivering people solutions and supporting various business units. The role is based out of the Bradford office with hybrid working.

As part of a HR team you will be responsible business partnering with operational leaders responsible for looking after a workforce of circa 1,000 employees. Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
- Experience in change management and organisational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
