This role is for you if you are an Administrator with ideally some experience in a Financial Advisory practice. You will benefit from joining a large team where you will receive support, exposure to an abundance of knowledge, and due to growth plans, there will be opportunities to progress further within the business.

The Business

The business is a fast-growing and well-established Financial Services practice with offices across the UK. The business is growing organically, as well as through acquisitions, hence the need to expand the support team. This position is based in their Newcastle office.

The Role

As an IFA Admin, you will be working closely with office managers and financial planners to provide efficient, high-quality, and compliant service. During a typical day, you will be involved in processing new business, communicating with clients and providers, ensuring all documentation is compliant, assisting with research and basic reports, and updating relevant back-office information.
