Role
- Work as an effective professional in a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team. To prioritise and respond to urgent referrals for assessments as required and deliver high quality health and social care within the Care Programme Approach framework and to participate in duty rotas when required.
- Hold care co-ordinator responsibility for a caseload of services users and their carers
Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
We also offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.
