We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support professional to join a friendly team in Truro! This is a temporary position and the candidate will be needed for about 6 weeks. If you thrive in a problem solving role, this is perfect for you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Track and update parcels
- Resolve delivery issues
- Handle complaints
- Liaise with drivers
- Log and track issues
- General admin duties
- Answering the phones
Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday
7AM - 12PM
